UniUni Logistics Inc., it’s parent and affiliates (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this U.S. privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”). This document also provides disclosures to California residents through its Notice at Collection.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Company’s services, such as the Company’s applications (including the Doorbuzzin’ App (the “Doorbuzzin’ App”), the UniUni Driver U.S. App (the “Driver App”) and the UniUni Tracker U.S. App (the “Customer App”, and together with the Driver App, the “Company Apps”)), website, features, delivery services, and/or other services. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website (https://www.uniuni.com/) (the “Website”), or use the Company apps (together with the Website, the “Service” or “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
By accessing the Website or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal Information: Information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device constitutes personal information (“Personal Information”). SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information you provide directly to us when you communicate with us, leave a comment, use other interactive features on the Website, fill out a form, submit an inquiry, use our Services, or apply for employment with the Company.
Information automatically collected when you visit or use our Website or apps, including information about the Company Apps and Website pages you visit.
Information from third parties, including our business partners, service providers, and other third parties we have contracted with in connection with the delivery of the Services.
Information provided to us on the Website or Driver App by individuals we have hired or engaged in connection with the delivery services (“Delivery Drivers”). The Driver App is intended to assist in facilitation of the delivery services, by providing Delivery Drivers with information and services related to the delivery services, and by enabling the exchange of information between Delivery Drivers.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Company may use or disclose the Personal Information for one or more of the following business purposes:
To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information. For example, if you share your name and contact information to request a price quote or ask a question about our products or Services, we will use that Personal Information to respond to your inquiry. If you provide your Personal Information to purchase certain Services, we will use that information to process your payment and facilitate delivery. We may also save your information to facilitate new orders.
To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates to the functionalities, products or Services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
To provide you with information and services related to the delivery services and to enable the exchange of information between Delivery Drivers.
To provide, support, personalize, and develop our Website, products, and Services.
To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us.
To process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud.
To provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses.
To personalize your Website experience and to deliver content and product and service offerings relevant to your interests, including targeted offers and ads through our Website, third-party sites, and via email or text message (with your consent, where required by law).
To advertise to you after you have accessed or visited the Website. We and our third-party vendors use Cookies and non-cookie technologies to help us recognize your device and understand how you use our Service so that we can improve our Service to reflect your interests and serve you advertisements that are likely to be of more interest to you. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process and transfer information about your activity on our Service in accordance with their privacy policies, which enable such vendors to recognize and deliver you ads across devices and browsers and allows us to:

HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information by disclosing it to a third party for a business purpose. We only make these business purpose disclosures under written contracts that describe the purposes, require the recipient to keep the Personal Information confidential, and prohibit using the disclosed information for any purpose except performing the contract. Promotional Offers from the Company: If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can can opt-out by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.
Targeted Advertising: If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by contacting privacy@uniuni.com.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website (https://thenai.org/opt-out/).

This section serves as the Company’s Notice at Collection (this “Notice”), as required under the CCPA and its implementing regulations. The Company is collecting the Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information categories listed in the tables below to support its business operations, including for the business purposes listed in the tables below. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccuracies in your Personal Information we hold about you, considering both the Personal Information’s nature and processing purposes. Upon receiving your request (see Exercising Your Rights to Know, Delete, and Correct), we will use commercially reasonable efforts to:
Correct the Personal Information on our existing systems or alternatively, delete the contested Personal Information if the deletion does not negatively impact you or if you consent to such deletion.

Submission and Response: Once you have submitted a request, we will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you how long we expect it will take to respond if we are able to verify your identity. Also, we may ask you to describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a Verifiable Consumer Request, as defined in the CCPA, related to your Personal Information. You may also make a Verifiable Consumer Request on behalf of your minor child.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Additionally, we will not honor your request where an exception applies, such as where the disclosure of Personal Information would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of another consumer or where the Personal Information that we maintain about you is not subject to the CCPA’s access or deletion rights. We will advise you in our response if we are not able to honor your request. We will not provide Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers or government issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, account passwords or security questions and answers, or any specific pieces of information if the disclosure presents the possibility of unauthorized access that could result in identity theft or fraud or unreasonable risk to data or systems and network security.
Making a Verifiable Consumer Request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a Verifiable Consumer Request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
We commit to respond to a Verifiable Consumer Request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to a total of ninety (90) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Authorized Agent: You may authorize an agent to exercise your rights on your behalf. When a request is submitted by an authorized agent, the Company will require the requestor to: (i) provide the authorized agent’s written permission to do so; and (ii) will require the requestor to verify their own identity directly with the Company. If the Company is unable to verify the identity of the requestor or does not receive proof from the authorized agent that the requestor authorized the agent to act on the requestor’s behalf, the request will be denied.
TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your information, including Personal Information, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Information will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other Personal Information.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use commercially reasonable organizational, technical and administrative means intended to protect stored and transmitted information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you are a Delivery Driver, you can access and update certain Personal Information by visiting your profile page on the Driver App.
You may also contact us using the methods described below under “Contact Us” to request access to, correction of, or deletion of, any Personal Information that you have provided to us. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
We may need to retain certain Personal Information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including, for example, record keeping purposes or to comply with applicable law. There may also be other residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.
COOKIES
We use small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses (“Cookies”), and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service. The technologies we use may include:
